Well, we slept on it and decided we needed another look. We called Miguel, and with two of our friends, Kim and Katie, we headed back out to San Fernando. On our way Miguel took us to a tienda that sells cow milk, cheese and yogurt. She only has 4 Holsteins and makes all of her own products.

Cute little eating area. |

She was nice enough to let me take a picture, albeit a
bit embarrassed. |

This time we walked the whole fence line. I fell down
trying to walk down the hill. It is very steep.
This was taken from the back of the property towards
the farm. |

This is something we would have to contend with -
a leftover foundation. The wood would be
salvaged. |

We asked Miguel to drive us into San Fernando. The trip by car takes about 20 min. There is a walking/horse path though. I have a picture in my head of the family riding our horses to town to shop. lol
We drove through San Fernando, which is a typical Ecuadorian town and then headed to the local weekend attraction - a lake. There were tons of locals there, listening to music, walking around the lake and drinking beer.
We had a great day, but we are still unsure about this property.
That's what I replied to your other post. Lol. Going to look at another property today. I kind of enjoy this process of the unknown and wondering where we will end up.
